True Life and Ministry Strategic Solutions Canada is an emerging Christian ministry initiative providing integrated pastoral, ministry, and administrative support to churches and Christian organizations.
We seek to serve churches experiencing pastoral vacancies, seasons of transition, ministry challenges, or the need for renewed direction and practical support.
Drawing on pastoral experience, theological formation, professional and organizational practice, and administrative skills, we come alongside churches and ministry leaders to help them faithfully pursue their calling and strengthen the life and mission of the Church.
Our Ministry Identity
These five commitments shape how we understand and approach ministry.
Holy-Spirit Driven
We believe Christian ministry begins with dependence upon the Holy Spirit, who calls, equips, guides, empowers, and transforms God’s people. We seek to remain prayerful and attentive to the Spirit’s leading, trusting God for wisdom, discernment, courage, and strength in every ministry context. Our desire is not to rely merely on human ability or strategy, but to serve from a posture of faith, prayer, obedience, and dependence upon God.
Scripturally Grounded
We are committed to the authority of Scripture and seek to approach ministry, leadership, discipleship, and decision-making through a faithful biblical framework centred on Jesus Christ.
Scripture provides the foundation for our understanding of Christian faith, life, service, stewardship, and mission.
Missionally Motivated
We believe the Church is called to participate in God’s mission—to proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, serve others, and bear faithful witness to Jesus Christ in the world.
Our desire is therefore not simply to maintain ministry structures, but to encourage churches and believers to live out their calling faithfully within their communities and beyond.
Contextually Aligned
Every church, community, and ministry setting is different.
We therefore seek to listen carefully and understand the particular people, culture, history, resources, relationships, opportunities, and challenges of each context.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all solution, we seek approaches that are faithful to Scripture while appropriate to the particular setting in which
ministry takes place.
Ecumenically Engaged
We recognize the wider Body of Christ and seek to serve across denominational and ecclesial traditions while respecting the distinct convictions, traditions, and practices of each Christian community.
Our purpose is not to diminish denominational identity, but to encourage faithful Christian service and cooperation wherever we can contribute to the life and mission of the Church.
What We Do
Pastoral Ministry for Churches in Transition
We provide preaching, pulpit supply, pastoral care, prayer, visitation, worship leadership, discipleship, and transitional pastoral support according to the needs of each congregation.
Strategic Solutions for Ministry Revitalization
We walk alongside churches and ministry leaders as they reflect on their mission, strengthen relationships, develop leaders, encourage discipleship, and seek renewed vitality in ministry.
Strategic Solutions for Administrative Revitalization
We help churches consider practical areas of administration, stewardship, organization, accountability, communication, and responsible resource management so that administration can better support the mission of the Church. At the heart of our work is diakonia—faithful Christian service.
We believe ministry is not simply about position, title, or recognition, but about faithfully using the gifts, experience, and opportunities God entrusts to us for the good of others and the building up of His Church.
Who We Are
Strategic Solutions for Administrative Revitalization
True Life Vision grew out of a journey of Christian faith, pastoral ministry, professional experience, theological formation, and a desire to serve churches in practical and meaningful ways.
Dinesh Gomes is a Christian pastor, ministry leader, and administrator with more than two decades of experience serving churches and Christian communities in Sri Lanka and Canada.
His journey of faith and ministry has been shaped by Christian family influences, faithful lay and ordained leaders, theological education, pastoral experience, professional service, and a continuing desire to follow Christ faithfully.
Following a significant season of personal loss, Dinesh experienced a transformative encounter with Jesus Christ in 1996. This deepened his commitment to Christ and eventually led him into full-time pastoral ministry in 2002. He was ordained in 2010 and has served in rural, urban, and transitional ministry settings.
His ministry experience includes biblical preaching and teaching, discipleship, pastoral care, prayer, congregational leadership, administration, visitation, and community engagement.
Before entering full-time pastoral ministry, Dinesh spent approximately a decade in banking, gaining experience in financial controls, internal auditing, fraud prevention, customer service, organizational practice, and responsible stewardship. These experiences continue to inform his understanding of leadership and administration within ministry.
Dinesh has pursued theological and professional education in Christian studies, organizational leadership, business administration, banking, and finance.
In 2024, he established True Life and Ministry Strategic Solutions Canada with the desire to provide pastoral, ministry, and administrative support to churches, particularly during seasons of transition, challenge, and renewal.
Dinesh is married to Mignonne Gomes, his partner in life and ministry. Together they have two adult sons, Andrew and Emmanuel.
He seeks to serve with humility, integrity, gratitude, and faithfulness, trusting that every gift, experience, and opportunity is ultimately entrusted by God for His purposes.

We seek to encourage people to follow Christ not only within the church but throughout every dimension of life.

We seek to engage Scripture faithfully and thoughtfully so that God’s truth deepens understanding, shapes character, renews thinking, and leads to Christ-centred living.
Faithful Stewardship
Everything we have—our gifts, resources, responsibilities, relationships, and opportunities—is entrusted to us by God.
We encourage wise and responsible stewardship for God’s glory and the good of others.
We believe that ministry belongs to the whole people of God. Every believer has a place to serve, and every vocation can become an expression of faithful Christian discipleship.
